Fall Program Covid-19 Update
Hello Families,
Currently, our Kid’s Club program is offering remote day learning support from 8:15-4:15 each day. Children can sign up to spend their remote learning days with us. Our teachers support the children by helping them log in to their class meetings, stay on track with their school schedules & focus on their asynchronous work. Children arrive each day with their devices & headset & are assigned to small, consistent cohorts.
During our remote learning days, we are also mindful of our foundational pillars. We find opportunities each day for the children to have time in the outdoors, a chance for gross motor play & free time for activities that pique the children’s interests & curiosities.
There are limited spots available for our Full Day Program. Please call (978) 684-5055 for availability. Thank you!

Kids Club Year
Kid’s Club begins on the first day of school in Andover. We are open on the schools’ half days and in-service days. We are closed on some holidays and during the December break. However, we are open during February and April school vacation weeks. Kid’s Club stays open through the end of the school year and will open for in-service days through the end of June. Kid’s Club & our summer programs are closed during 4th of July week.
Kid’s Club is open on snow days, depending on storm severity. We alert parents to our opening or closing by emails and posts on our voicemail.
Kid’s Club is closed in the summer; however, SHED Children’s Campus offers Summer Programs.
Child-Staff Ratios
Group size varies depending on the needs of the child and family. Our ratio for state licensing is 13-1, however, we strive to maintain a lower child-to-staff ratio.
Kid’s Club staff reflects a diversity of training and experience in early childhood education and school-age childcare. SHED Children’s Campus provides staff development and training opportunities throughout the year
COVID-19 Update:
During COVID, our guidelines allow for one teacher per classroom with up to 12 children. These groups remain consistent to create a “discreet grouping” per our regulations with the Department of Early Education & Care.
Kids Club Building
The Kid’s Club building design features spaces that foster your child’s imagination and natural need to explore. Home-based rooms invite your child and family to develop relationships with our educators and children.
We allow your child to visit other classrooms to learn to reach out and expand his or her community and self.
Our backyard provides natural settings for playing sports, gardening, cross-country skiing in the snow, and exploring our open fields and wooded areas.
