We at SHED believe that self-care is essential.

One of the pillars at SHED Children’s Campus is mindfulness, and one component of mindfulness is the practice of self-care.

During the past few months, our community and the world around us has been experiencing unprecedented events. These experiences have led to increased feelings of stress and anxiety that have manifested in various forms.

While some people experience the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental illness on a daily basis, some of us are feeling these things for the first time.
